Become a better swimmer and achieve the perfect form! The slow motion swim video will provide a 3 angle view of your swimming form. Record your run and we will be able to identify form and potential muscular weaknesses and pattern insufficiencies. We then provide a plan with drills/ideas to help you find a stroke for speed and efficiency! You then work on the areas that we identify to improve and in six weeks record a new video for your follow up with the Angela Naeth Coaching Team.
