Become a better runner and achieve the perfect form! The slow motion run video will provide a 3 angle view of your running form. Record your run and we will be able to identify form and potential muscular weaknesses. We then provide a functional movement test to see what areas need improvement. You then work on the areas that we identify to improve and in six weeks record a new video for your follow up with the Angela Naeth Coaching Team.
