Opportunity to work one-on-one with Angela Naeth Coaching with Coach, Tanya Parmley.  Unlimited access, support and communication.  Weekly scheduling, and works with you daily.

6 month minimum commitment

INCLUDES all key pillars of being an athlete: 

  • Aerobic heart rate based training and weekly training plans.
  •  Focused work.  Working one limiter at a time.
  • Sport specific strength work for the time crunched athlete.
  • Recovery and getting ahead of deep fatigue.  Building in rest and/or days off during your week.
  • Daily nutrition and hydration plans
  • Bike and run specific nutrition/hydration plans
  • Mobility
  • Bike and gear setup
  • Mental preparation
  • Race specific preparation
  • Race execution plans


  • USAT Level 1 Coach 
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer - since 2008
  • AFAA Group Exercise Instructor - since 
  • TRX Accredited Instructor – multiple levels

 Tanya has been an athlete for over 30 years, starting with teaching fitness classes at local gyms.  She embraced the endurance culture in 2012, while always emphasizing strength and mobility.  Between 2012 and 2013 she ran her first half marathon, bought a bike and completed 7 full centuries by the end of 2013.   The only thing truly missing was swimming.  Once she learned to swim in 2016, a triathlete was born!!

 Since then, Tanya has completed several sprint and Olympic triathlons, 8 – 70.3 IRONMANs and 1 full IRONMAN.  Because she loves participating as a team member, she has also participated in several 70.3 IRONMAN relays – and there is more to come!  She currently has her eye on IRONMAN Chattanooga in 2024.  

Her love of triathlon was immediate and from there, she went on to get her USAT Level 1 Coaching certification, continuing to share her love of endurance sports with others.  It’s Tanya’s opportunity to give back and help anyone entering the sport either for the first time or for those who want to continue to improve. 

 Tanya’s strengths are helping others conquer their fears, through her own experiences and through a strong mental endurance focus.  She will be your biggest advocate, she will guide you to success while gently prodding you to see your own way.  Tanya’s expertise in strength and mobility training is forefront in assisting endurance athlete’s understand how to be a stronger athlete, literally.
