Once a year, women from all over the country show up to the same place, lace up their shoes, clip into their bikes, and jump in the water together. They arrive as strangers and leave as crew.

This is that weekend.

• Group swim, bike, and run sessions led by Angela Naeth — all levels welcome
• Friday pre-race dinner included

• Optional race day at Cherry Lake Farm Races (season kickoff!)
• Roommate matching available — you won't show up alone

Join your teammates on the race course or cheer from the sidelines. Your call.

• Duathlon: 5K run · 20K bike · 2.5K run (USAT license required)
• 5K or 10K Run on packed dirt

Logistics

• Cost: $379 covers facility rentals, coached sessions, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, and event support
• Hotel: Fairfield Inn & Suites Clermont — $179/night including daily breakfast. Discount link provided after registration.
• Airports: Orlando (45 min) or Tampa (90 min)
• Spots are limited. All registrations are final.

• Sunday: Swim analysis, open training
