Join our Summer Kick-Off Challenge—a 4-week virtual experience designed to ignite your training, connect our community, and support the I Race Like A Girl Podcast as we push toward our milestone: 200 podcast episodes!

We’re currently at 160 episodes and counting—help us keep going strong by taking on a challenge or simply donating to support the show.

What It Is

The Summer Kick-Off Challenge is a flexible, inclusive, endurance-focused virtual challenge that invites you to take on one (or more!) of three goal-driven challenges from May 23 to June 20, 2025.

Whether you're a triathlete, runner, cyclist, or weekend warrior, this is your chance to build momentum, move with intention, and support the podcast that champions women in endurance sports.

Who It's For

  • Triathletes looking for off-season or pre-race motivation
  • Runners and cyclists needing structure or a push to stay consistent
  • Fans of the I Race Like A Girl Podcast who want to give back
  • Anyone who loves a summer challenge and a good reason to move!

No matter your level, the challenge is yours to complete—your way, on your time.

When It Runs

Start Date: Friday, May 23, 2025
End Date: Friday, June 20, 2025

You’ll have 4 full weeks to complete the challenge(s) you choose—on your schedule, at your pace.

Pick one, two, or go for all three:

  1. 250 Miles of Cycling
  2. 100 Miles of Running
  3. Ironman Distance Challenge
    (2.4-mile swim • 112-mile bike • 26.2-mile run)

What You Get

Once you register and complete your challenge, you’ll receive:

  • Limited-Edition Summer Kick-Off Challenge Sweat Towel
  • Exclusive “Wombat in a Canoe” sticker (yes, it’s as awesome as it sounds)

  • The chance to directly support the only triathlon podcast of its kind, hosted by two fierce female athletes

How It Works

  1. Register using the signup link above (or below).
  2. Choose your challenge(s) and download your tracker(s).
  3. Log your miles from May 23–June 20—whether you swim, bike, or run.
  4. Complete your challenge in any format you choose—daily, weekly, or all in one go!
  5. Share your progress on Instagram and tag us:

  6. Submit your tracker by June 21 to receive your swag!  Simply EMAIL US at IRACELIKEAGIRL@GMAIL.COM with a picture!
