Join our Summer Kick-Off Challenge—a 4-week virtual experience designed to ignite your training, connect our community, and support the I Race Like A Girl Podcast as we push toward our milestone: 200 podcast episodes!

What It Is
The Summer Kick-Off Challenge is a flexible, inclusive, endurance-focused virtual challenge that invites you to take on one (or more!) of three goal-driven challenges from May 23 to June 20, 2025.
Whether you're a triathlete, runner, cyclist, or weekend warrior, this is your chance to build momentum, move with intention, and support the podcast that champions women in endurance sports.

- Runners and cyclists needing structure or a push to stay consistent

When It Runs
Start Date: Friday, May 23, 2025
End Date: Friday, June 20, 2025
You’ll have 4 full weeks to complete the challenge(s) you choose—on your schedule, at your pace.

How It Works

- Log your miles from May 23–June 20—whether you swim, bike, or run.
- Complete your challenge in any format you choose—daily, weekly, or all in one go!
